SOODI.help operates as an online service platform connecting customers with independent tradespeople and service providers.
The platform is managed and operated under a business structure where administrative, financial, and tax responsibilities may be handled by different individuals within the business entity.
Service delivery is performed by independent contractors or assigned workers. The platform itself does not directly perform all physical services unless explicitly stated.
SOODI.help acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the direct execution of third-party services performed by independent trades or contractors.
We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, delays, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
However, nothing in this agreement excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by UK law.
All trade users acknowledge that they operate as independent contractors and not employees of SOODI.help.
Each contractor is fully responsible for quality of work performed, legal compliance (licensing, insurance, permits), health and safety obligations, and any disputes arising from their work.
SOODI.help does not accept liability for contractor actions, negligence, or misconduct.
Subscriptions (Client Premium / Trade Basic / Trade Pro) are billed monthly. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial usage periods. Access continues until expiry after cancellation.
Payments made via Stripe or PayPal are subject to provider dispute rules. Refunds are only considered when service was not delivered at all or technical system failure occurred. We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks with full evidence of service logs, communications, and booking records.
Vouchers and promotional credits are non-transferable, have expiry dates where applicable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.
All disputes must first be raised through internal support channels before external claims. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 to 14 working days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users may be required to re-accept terms after major updates.
